Mo Nehmé

Mo has over 12 years of professional experience in Information Security. He is an advanced penetration testing expert with excellent knowledge of penetration testing tools and frameworks. He also has a solid understanding of programming and scripting languages as well as web technologies and hands-on experience with various security technologies such as IDS/IPS, VPN, etc.

Mo has expertise in Malware Analysis and over the past few years, he has been a credible contributor to the open source communities.

Prior to joining KRYPTON, Mohamad worked as an IT Security Specialist in a Cyber Emergency Response Team (CERT) at a renowned institution in Germany. During this period, Mo was confronted with a wide variety of technologies and systems where he was able to gain excellent knowledge of all aspects of Incident Response, including identification, mitigation and containment of various security threats and attack vectors at network as well as at application levels. 

He also planned and performed security audits and vulnerability assessments as an in-house consultant.

In his previous roles, Mo worked as security researcher at various German universities, in addition to being employed at a German Network Operation Center.

Mo holds a Master's Degree in Information Security from the Ruhr University of Bochum in Germany.
